Sullys Hill Winter Festival!

Join us on Saturday, February 11 for the 8th Annual Winter Festival brought to you by the Friends of Sullys Hill! Free of charge!

10:00-10:45 Photography Workshop: Learn some techniques and tips to make your photos more effective.  Participants may practice around Sullys Hill during the festival and come back at 2:00 to show off your shots with the group over hot chocolate.  A limited number of cameras are available for check-out.

11:00-11:30 Ice and Spearfishing Clinic: Learn the basics of ice fishing and spearfishing in the warmth of the classroom. 

11:30-12:00 Make your own Jigging Stick! Kids can make their own ice fishing rod!  Join us to construct your very own jigging stick for action out on the ice.

12:00-12:30 Movie: “Beavers”

12:00-1:00 Concessions Available

12:00-3:00 Arts and Crafts

1:00- 3:00 Ice Fishing on the Bay: A fter the jigging stick workshop and lunch, folks with a fishing license and kids under 16 can try out their new skills and rods in predrilled holes on the ice below the Visitor Center.

Free popcorn, lemonade, and coffee will be served thoughout the afternoon!
